This practice invites you to move from a place of power - you are experiencing a special time in your life, where the power of creation is at its peak! You can practice this at any stage of your pregnancy, but particularly after the first trimester, when your energy is starting to come back to 'normal' levels. This class is particularly suitable if you've had a regular, pre-pregnancy yoga practice and you miss the physical aspects of yoga. We complete the class with a lovely womb-to-heart meditation where we bring the focus back to the breath, building up confidence to support you as you transition into motherhood. Props needed: blanket and 2 blocks, or 2 blankets and an extra one to sit on.
