This class has a little bit of everything - a warm up that focuses on the upper body and hips, some Sun Salutations with standing poses, Warriors and twists, push ups and a boat pose to add an element of strengthening. We finish with a seated sequence to calm your system down. Yoga always makes you feel better, especially if you remember why you do it and you consciously use your breath to energise your body and energy system while holding a pose. As you'll see from the introduction to this class, it's a slightly different approach (one off!), so please open your mind and go with the flow!
