This class will re-introduce the fundamentals of this approach to movement. We will discover the true essence of allowing our limbs to drop back into their joints, and enjoy what nature has to give us...the earthing of the body downwards and the simultaneous response of lightness or upward movement towards the sky. We will also learn how the visual part of our brain has a strong effect on how we move in space.
