Come back home to your body

Do you feel as though you've been running around like a head on legs, 'doing' life? If so, this practice invites you to drop back in and come back home to your body. Get cozy and comfortable and, literally, come back to your senses. More about the intention than the specific poses, this class takes you through some sweet opening Sun Salutations, hip and heart opening for more space and balancing poses to ground you. Hopefully after this practice you'll feel as though you've shifted gears and become fully embodied and more relaxed once again.
