Find that old 'Journey' song and get ready to move, sweat and roll around with David. We start fairly gently by warming up on the floor and then take off from there. We practice Lunges with step throughs, Lunges with different distances, do some upper body work, crawling and have a nice, little roll-around to finish it all up. This is a MovNat/Animal Moves-inspired class to build strength and keep your faith in yourself alive. Don’t stop believing!
