Sweet dreams - Move into rest

Get into your coziest PJs for this practice and have a bolster and a couple of blocks to hand. We begin this class with a supported backbend, to open out the chest and belly after any possible build-up of compression during the day. Then we practice some gentle opening movements including Cat Cow, twists, low lunge, Pigeon, forward folds and side body openers, freeing up any tight spots. The practice finishes with a nice, slow relaxation of the entire body - one that you could also choose to do in bed.
