Support during grief and loss

Give yourself permission to feel the grief and loss you have experienced without having to hold up appearances. The invitation is to acknowledge your emotions and let them flow, all the while holding yourself with care. Being able to be stable with instability (difficult emotions) heals the body and mind on a deep level; however, if this becomes overwhelming, it's time to stop. You may therefore want to meditate for a little longer or shorter, depending how long you can be present and hold yourself with care.
