Absolute beginners 2: Get in shape with Matt

The second part of 'Get into shape with Matt' is here! We get into lunges, Down dogs, shoulder stretches, Half Sun salutes and dive a little more into how to breathe... We practice some standing poses, a balancing pose and some backbends. All done at a very relaxed pace with plenty of instructions. Join us, you will feel so good afterward!
