Wipe the slate clean

This is a yoga practice that feels gentle whilst still also being strong. We begin with seated Pranayama, then follow with up a warm-up for the upper body that leads into a relaxing Dolphin pose hold. Some core/strengthening work in Crescent pose leads to some more playful Dolphin hops for those who feel like it. We round off the practice with a lovely, supported Supta Baddha Konasana (Reclined Butterfly pose) so have a bolster or some pillows nearby.
