Yoga for when you're tired

On some days it seems like just getting onto the mat is a Herculean effort... This practice is for those days, or whenever you want a mellow class that isn't too stimulating or strenuous. We'll move a little - just enough to get some stagnant energy flowing - and we'll take it slowly. A gentle warm-up of the body, a light flow to get into the hips and legs, followed by more passive leg and hip stretches and ending with a longer supported Bridge pose and gentle twist. Gift yourself with a little rest!
