A morning flow practice to wake up body and heart and get ready for a day of doing! We start with a short heart centering and move from there to lying on the back. We mobilize the hips and lower back and do some isolated twists and a fun, core activation sequence of rolling around. From there, a little bit of getting up and down, some eyes and shoulder movement and we finish with a morning shake! We end with another heart centering so we leave our mats with a feeling of being awake in our actions to take care of ourselves and others. You'll need a block for this class.
