Yoga for self love

This is great for when you are a bit tired and in need of some TLC. We start lying down with some side stretches and gentle core work to ignite our inner fire. From there we transfer to sitting and all fours, moving in ways that loosen, mobilise and invite energy and space into the body and mind. Slowly, we make our way to some lunges and standing poses to work with the energy and space we have created. You'll feel a new person after this class!
