This flow gets its title from the Goddess squat that we visit in a couple of different variations during this class, as well as the energy that we invoke in our bodies. We invite ourselves to become embodied, open, with our energy flowing freely. Bringing the energy into our heart, we begin by rolling out the spine and opening the front body, chest and shoulders. Then we move through a Vinyasa flow, which includes Lizard variations, wide legged forward folds, Dancer's pose, Tree pose (with option for big toe hold leg extension), and of course our Goddess squats! A nice, long cool-down includes Pigeon, Camel, reclined Deer and a few different variations of Legs up the wall to encourage our circulation even more.
