This class is equally brilliant for those times when you're stiff because you haven't moved enough, and stiff because you have worked out too much. We listen to our bodies and intuitively stretch out and move. We stimulate the side body for deeper breathing, free up the hips with figure-of-eight movements and 'shake it out' until we feel loosened up. We do a few lunges and pyramid poses and by the end, your body will feel softer and more pliable.
