In this short Core Flow, you will get more in touch with your back body, from your feet to your head! In this energising, strengthening class you'll do poses that help to engage and activate the back body muscles, which, for many people, tend聽to be long. This can lead to an imbalanced posture and back pain. This class will help shorten these muscles to bring more balance to the body while having fun! With Salabhasana, Purvottanasana, Side Plank and Adho Mukha Svanasana.
