This flow starts with a brief check-in and 3 rounds of Kapalabhati breathing to aid digestion and help brighten your mind. A lovely, gentle warm- up on all fours then leads to some work for the legs and core, readying you for two rounds of a Sun Salutation B variation. We practice a balancing pose to bring all the energy back in, and open the heart and chest in a backbend. We round this all off with another pranayama exercise to relax the mind to bring you into a meditative state. In short: a bit of relaxation, a bit of hard work, some Pranayama to encourage energy flow, and a short meditation. What more can you wish for?!
