All butt yoga

Join Esther in a class that will kick your butt quickly and mindfully to help the health of your back and stabilise your hips. This will also help shape your bum nicely over time! We warm up the hips, spine and shoulders and then play around in squats and balancing on one leg. If poses on one leg are tough for you, practice the beginning of the class to help you work towards it. Enjoy, yogis!
