Visvamitrasana flow

This intermediate Vinyasa flow is all about the side body, an area that sometimes gets neglected in daily life and yoga. You will strengthen, stretch, lengthen and tone it with a bunch of standing postures, hip openers and twists. An opportunity to explore Visvamitrasana -聽a challenging arm balance, side plank and hamstring stretching hybrid - will be part of the practice.
