We kick off with the Breath of Joy, to get in touch with our life energy (Prana). Next, we enjoy some warm up movements to open the body. We twist, turn and practice some opening standing poses like Triangle and Half moon pose. This class has the potential to give you a shot of energy to enjoy during the rest of your day.
