A welcoming practice

Welcoming something invites us to work with what is present, even if it is unpleasant. With the willingness to meet our experience as it is, we temporarily suspend our rush to judge, and are simply open to what is occurring. It is an act of love to welcome everything and push away nothing. Openness is the basis of a skilful response to life. *This class was originally streamed live on 20th August.*
