The word rotation gives you a feeling of continuous, never-ending movement. In this floor sequence you will learn to trust gravity and the ground, to surrender and roll your body in all directions into fluid spiral shapes which hydrates the spine. This fun session will encourage lightness and connection and you will be guided into a deep supine twist which helps awaken your spine.
