In this meditation we bring all we have learned together. We make space to include all dimensions of mindfulness, breath, sensations, emotions, thoughts and perhaps sticky thoughts or beliefs. We welcome all the waves, with the possibility of naming them and bowing to them lovingly. We then come back to stillness or a main anchor like the breath, or another anchor if that works better for you. An enjoyable practice you can always come back to whenever you want to come home to yourself.
