In this class we travel even farther back into the archives than usual ...to 1976! David taps into Lionel Richie and the Commodores for ‘Easy like Sunday morning’ as a theme for this mellow flow practice. We being lying on the back for a 'wake up and stretch' feeling. This is followed by variations on lunges, stretches, standing and seated poses, plus flowing movements to make whatever day it is feel like Sunday morning. This is an overall, full body practice, which includes even mobilisation for your eyes, fingers, toes and face! We touch upon almost everything in the flow but when it finishes in Shoulder stand, (which you're free to skip), make sure you stick around for Savasana and a little musical treat!
