An energising practice that is both soft and strong at times, but always very grounding. With some qigong energy work in between poses to increase the stability and steadiness of body and mind. This class starts standing and you can expect a lot of mobility work on the shoulders and thoracic spine/upper back in the beginning of the class. This leads onto the the floor, preparing you to get back up into a strong standing twist that will challenge your legs, core strength and sense of balance. A class with a lot of different elements to it. I'm sure you'll enjoy it!
