This class is a return to ‘normal’ Vinyasa Flow yoga for David and his two courageous students! Beena and Krista volunteered the night before recording and the whole practice was a spontaneous co-creation. With the theme of a 'courageous heart', this practice is a backbend-focused class. Vinyasa waves of standing poses, balance and backbends lead down to the floor for a few rounds of bending backwards and a nice release of the low back and hips. We end with a Savasana serenade.
