As requested on our Facebook Community Page, here's a follow up to my previous class, Lunge-A-Rama. This class is very leg-focused and a nice balance of strength and mobility. Expect lots of kneeling lunges and awareness of the hip flexors as we go up and down and forward and backward, with and without body weight. If your knees are sensitive, use cushions or blankets underneath them - but be aware, it will make some of the balancing more challenging! At the end, perhaps a shoulder stand or more passive legs up the wall could be a nice bonus for your worked-out legs. Enjoy the flow!
