Lunge-a-rama 2.0

As requested on our Facebook Community Page, here's a follow up to my previous class, Lunge-A-Rama. This class is very leg-focused and a nice balance of strength and mobility. Expect lots of kneeling lunges and awareness of the hip flexors as we go up and down and forward and backward, with and without body weight.
