Just like you might do when Spring cleaning your home, this practice gets into every nook and cranny of the body: fingers, toes, wrists, feet, neck, shoulders, and so on. We are going to squeeze, massage and awaken big and small muscles, so that hopefully, after practice, you feel really free and open - a bit like you've had a full body massage. We'll move through neck releases, twists and spinal movements, wrist, finger, toe and feet stretches, shoulder opening, hamstring, hip and heart opening, through a combination of slow and gentle stretches and Vinyasa flow. We'll end with a supported heart opener, with the option of a little self massage on the block. After all of this, your whole body should feel awakened and tingly!
