This meditation/relaxation will help you let go in your your body and mind so that you come to a state where it's easy to drift into sleep. Remember, it also matters what you do or don't do a couple of hours before going to bed. Try to avoid screens - or at least use night view (yellow light) - take a bath or shower, and do a few stretches. In other words: slow down... Remember that, although you may feel it relaxes you, alcohol is a stimulant and therefore better avoided. It also helps to go to bed before 10pm, which is Kapha time - a time where you can tap into the energy of heaviness and sluggishness and fall asleep more easily. Sleep well, my friends!
