Replenish your energy

This is great for聽any time of the day when you need to replenish your energy! We centre and ground ourselves standing, next we release the fascia (connective tissue) with some bouncing and shaking. After that we move from a warm-up and core work to a round of rhythmic Sun Salutations, standing poses, a backbend and twist, finishing with some seated poses and a relaxation of course!
