We begin with a short centering while standing tall. This leads to a deep dive into the felt sense of the body with mindful movement to open the shoulders, upper body and side body to expand the breath and increase the flow of prana within. Next up, some hip mobility and leg strength work, some strengthening work in plank, Down dog and Dolphin pose. Then some more heart openers leading into a Humble Warrior with a little core work on the floor. We end the practice by cooling down with some forward bends and a well-deserved Savasana.
