We begin with a short centering to feel and connect with ourselves. Next, some mindful movement to unwind any tightness and tension in body and mind. You are reminded to only go to 75 percent of your capacity to help your nervous system relax deeply. Be curious as to how you feel and notice how much your body relaxes when you stay away from your edge. It's a different approach with some great benefits. We end the practice with some beautiful grounding Dantian breathing. Please have a cushion and two blocks for this class. Enjoy, everyone.
