Morning FUNdamental movement

This movement practice combines various sequences and modalities to gently wake of body and all the joints and major muscle groups. Starting lying on the floor for 15 minutes with a variety of movements for the lower back & hips and then moving up the spine. This is a great class to take as a ‘starter’ and combine with another shorter class with more power … or just by itself when you want a smooth, fluid start to your day.
