Self care practice for stressful times

A practice for the stressful days in your life - for those days on which you’re just running from appointment to appointment, for days that feel heavy, too fast or too hard. For when something big happens in your life, like giving birth to a child or a project, quitting your job, moving to a new house, ending a relationship or saying goodbye to a loved one. In this class, you’ll learn some tools to navigate stressful times and you’ll be led through a stress-releasing, slow, steady asana practice and meditation.
