Yoga for Beginners Course Class 7 - Seated poses

During this class we repeat all of the elements we've learned so far and will introduce seated poses and Pranayama. Seated yoga poses help to strengthen and tone the core muscles of the back and abdomen and bring more flexibility to the hips and body. They are of a calmer nature. We also introduce some Pranayama in this class. Pranayama is the regulation and freeing of the breath through certain techniques and breathing exercises.
