This movement-focused class touches all body parts but focuses mainly on spinal mobilisation. Enjoy some Sun salutes, standing poses like Warrior 3 and Half moon, which you may find a little easier after the stabilisation work. We then get the body ready for a delicious Wheel pose towards the end, which - once again - may feel surprisingly good after the preparatory mobilisation and stabilisation. You might want to have a yoga block handy.
