Yoga for Beginners Course Class 4 - Sun Salutations

We will put everything together and practice some Sun Salutations and variations. The poses lengthen and strengthen, flex and extend many of the main muscles of the body while distributing the energy flow throughout the system. Please practice in a way that feels good to your body. Also feel free to watch some of it and practice fewer repetitions than are offered in class. Remember,聽you can repeat the class and build up to more repetitions over time. Enjoy!
