Yoga for Beginners Course Class 4 - Sun Salutations

We will put everything together and practise some Sun Salutations and variations. The poses lengthen and strengthen, flex and extend many of the main muscles of the body while distributing the energy flow throughout the system. Please practise in a way that feels good to your body. Also feel free to watch some of it and practice fewer repetitions than are offered in class. Remember, you can repeat the class and build up to more repetitions over time. Enjoy!
