Yoga transforms! It transforms your body's chemistry, how you feel, and breathe, etc.. And the best way to experience this is to let the yoga poses, breathing exercises and sitting still do the work for you. Transformation happens when you are present and that is what the teachings of yoga point to and invite you to be: fully here, right now in every moment. We start this practice by centring ourselves for a moment. Next, we practice some coherent breathing to invite relaxation and presence, before doing some movement to energize ourselves and invite life to move freely through our bodies. We end with an exercise called 3-3-3 that you can take off your mat and use to help you become present anytime you feel you have left yourself and the reality of this moment. Remember, presence is the state in which transformation becomes possible!
