Yoga for Beginners Course Class 1 - Important things to know before you start

Our yoga for beginners course is for everyone and for every body. You don't need to be flexible or strong to start. Please listen to this introductory talk, so you are prepared to start with the physical part of the program. Always listen to your body's feedback and remember that if something doesn't feel good, it usually means it isn't good for your body. You can always adapt. Remember, we are all different and you are the expert on your own body.
