Just had lunch? A digestive sequence

Have you just eaten and want to support your digestion? Lunch or dinner… or even a big breakfast and not feeling up to a strenuous flow? Well… here we go! Starting in reclined butterfly for some calming and digesting… We will then go into a short flow to make space for your food to move through as well as digesting life itself on an emotional level. This would be a great starter class for first-time yogis and also for experienced practitioners who just want to digest :-)
Props: Bolster, 2 blocks, blanket.
