Morning yumminess

Starting this class with a beautiful poem about the breath sets the tone for this class. On a physical level a strong (ish) class with core work, Sun Salutations, standing poses, balancing poses, Backbends and inversions in it. All the way through we focus on the breath as it is - whether deep, full, shallow, even or uneven - with the understanding that the awareness of breath is what cultivates peace.
