This spicy core workout not only tones and sculpts your whole body, but also improves your mobility and flexibility. This class focuses on building strength, and toning the glutes, thighs, quads and core as you move with breath and strength. We start in a table top position, connecting to body and breath, then move into some core work with a seated Bow & Arrow pose, and a kneeling plank variation to tone the front line of the body. A creative side lying clamshell variation will leave your glutes and hip muscles feeling strong and engaged.
