In this session, we explore various pathways to inner peace by finding stillness in different aspects of our experience. We'll begin by grounding ourselves in the body, simply sitting and allowing stillness to emerge. Next, we'll focus on the spaces between breaths and the space between objects around us, cultivating a sense of spaciousness and calm. Finally, I'll guide you to recognise the innate stillness in your awareness, that effortless state of rest.
