An accessible breathwork session with Tashi to introduce various breathing techniques. These techniques can allow us to harness the power of our breath to release stagnant energy, promote mental clarity, and cultivate a profound sense of presence. With each breath cycle, you'll find yourself able to dive ever deeper into a state of mindfulness. Find a comfortable sitting position and maybe have some tissues handy in case you need them. Most of this session will be breathing through the nose so best done when you're not congested. If any of these techniques don't feel right, feel free to stop or go more slowly.
