Eagle to Cow - fly and ground

A nice, short flowing class to get your juices flowing! In this class we move from standing poses into Garudasana (Eagle pose) to create lightness and grace. Then it's聽down to the floor to open the energy in the lower part of the body. With lunges, Garudasana, Virabhadrasana III, Adho Mukha Svanasana, Balasana, Gomukhasana and more.
