Lower back love: A therapeutic practice

This specific series of abdominal strengtheners, twists and moving the femur bone in all directions has the potential to relieve lower back pain and stiffness. It's not a flow practice but one to be done pose after pose with time for integration and assimilation of the effects of each shape.
Not all cases of lower back pain are the same so if you are doing this class to target pain, please do each pose separately and avoid any that make it worse.
