Practice self love

Too often we push ourselves and our bodies to do what our mind or egos are telling us we 'should' do, creating pressure on, and even harm to, ourselves. There is really nothing to achieve, just moving your body and feeling good. Yoga is here for you, not the other way around. And in the spirit of Ahimsa (non-violence) we offer this class.
