'Connecting the dots' Pranayama breathing

Explore your ability to ‘move energy’ with your breathing. This ‘connecting the dots’ in your body class begins with a brief overview of the technique and a few simple poses to awaken energy in the pelvic floor, diaphragm and chest. Then we direct breath into those areas. After the breathing, we sing a little mantra to the Earth to bring us back down again.
If any of these techniques make you feel dizzy, anxious or 'headachey', please just stop and breathe normally.
