Sitting at a desk for hours, or constantly looking at your phone can result in a build up of tension throughout the body and can even result in pain. Learn a few exercises to counteract that tension, to feel open and relaxed again in your body and help build healthy posture. You can practice most of these postures on the work floor, even seated in a chair. You can practice the different poses in the sequence offered in the class, or just pick a few and repeat them about 3 times a day, changing them up a bit here and there. I'm sure it will help!
