Peeling back the layers

Just nine poses with time in each to explore the layers of breath, body and consciousness. The poses are not so physically demanding but I gave it a 'Level 2/3' rating as there are inversions and holding of poses can be difficult for less experienced practitioners. Rather than expecting demanding level 2/3 poses... expect level 2/3 self reflection and awareness in your body. After the poses, we will share a short breathing practice and a meditation.
