Get fit and healthy 2: Supercharge your energy

This is class 1 of our "Get fit and healthy season 2" program. You can still join here. Doing this class will give you loads of energy. During the flow we prepare the body for accessible backbends through opening the shoulders, hips and quads. Expect a fun flow of standing poses, working our way into some yummy backbends. Enjoy the boost of energy!
